my hubby is in the military. i would like to get a legal separation. can i still keep my health benefits as his spouse until the actual divorce?

Yes you can keep his medical, but if he's been deployed, all I can say is you're one cold woman. He's out there trying to stay alive and you're worried about medical coverage.
