My Father recently died and left a Living Trust...in the trust, my sister and I are listed as beneficiaries of the house...the deed to the home contains my brother's name as well...does the trust cancel out the deed?

It sounds as if your brother owned the home in joint tenancy with your dad. If that is the case, then the deed "cancels out" or trumps the trust language. The trust only directs assets that are already titled in the name of the trust.

In either case, I suggest you see a local attorney to properly carry out the terms of the trust and settle the estate.
