What is the name of your state? the state is pa

My husband took his clothes and moved out . I changed the door locks after a week of him not returning. Do I have the right to do that or does he have to have a key? Note I have 2 children with me that are to him.

No, you didn't have the right to exclude him from his home but since you have already done it and he hasn't complained about it, it doesn't matter that you didn't have a right to do it.
