We were married on 10/28/2002.
My wife and I were married in VA. She is currently there taking care of her sick mother. She sent me a 2 way messags stating that she was going to the court house to get an annulment of our marriage. I don't want an annulment . She is pregnant with our child.
How does it work? Can I contest the annulment.
What about my unborn child? Will I have rights to see it?
She makes statements like you'll never see the child.
Can she do this?
Am I to continue to support her now. She has no source of income I'm aware of. We have joint car insurance. I pay it monthly. Shall I paying it for her coverage.
There have been a lot of issues in this short marriage.
I Love her. I suggested counseling 1 month into the marriage. She refused. I'm not an innocent camper. When she starts with the mouth, I jump right in. We both say vicious things to one another.
