What is the name of your state? Florida.

I signed a divorce settlement agreement because my spouse's lawyer threatened that if I didn't, the case would immediately go to court and I would loose my health benefits no matter what. ( I didn't have a lawyer). Considering that I could die in a short while because I would not be able to get certain medicines without health insurance, ( I am unemployed) does this amount to signing under duress? Can I argue on this basis that the agreement should be voided?
