New York State, How can a person get an annulment in New York State or a no-fault divorce? Married 5 days and he has gone back to drinking and breaking all promises, will not start a life like this and he does pick drinking over marriage.Looking for reply

I don't know what the requirements are for an annulment in NYS, but there is no such thing as a "no fault" divorce in NY. www.divorcenet.com has good state-specific pages that you may find a lot of info on. Good luck.
