my husband and i were buying a mobile home on a land contract deal and the man we were purchasing from filed bankruptcy. my husband and i were separated at this time. i had moved out of the residence and the husband purchased the house in his name only. we did not have a legal separation. so now that i am ready to get this thing over with, do i have any claim to the mobile home he has purchased. we want to go uncontested but he thinks i should be responsible for all and any credit cards debt's that occurred and he keeps the house, as he considers it a burden as opposed to an asset i don't want the house. someone help!!!!
