i am wanting a divorce, me and my husband have been seperated for 6 months. we have 2 kids, one which was one previously, and he just adopted about 7 months ago. if we do a uncontested divorce will this affect the adoption? i also want to know if there is another person invovled, not sexually, but emothionally, is that grounds for the kids to be took away? how do you decicde who gets the kids and when? there is also a few police reports of domestic violence. how does that effect the case?
