Hi,
My mother just passed away and lived in MS.
My moms husband says she has a Will and will not produce it. How can I find out if she left her Heirs anything or get her husband to
produce the Will? Thanks Kenny.

Most states require a person holding a decedent's will to file it. Check with the probate court in the decedent's county of residence to see if it was filed. If not, check MS law, and if it is required, notify your mom's husband that concealing a will is a crime. If he still does not comply (or maybe even beforehand), you may want to get an attorney to defend your rights.
