What is the name of your state? Maryland

If a couple that has lived together and the male bought a house while they lived together, then they marry but the house is still just in his name, when they divorce does she have any claim on the house or any other property?

Have you spoke to your attorney about this? I know here I personally bought property prior to marriage or living together on my own and sold it after marriage and spouse was required to sign even though he was not on any of it including the deed. I was told this was to insure he did not have a claim later. Its a possibility especially if you can show you have interest in it.
