my mother died 2 years ago and some very disturbing facts have come to light reciently that concern her state of mind when she last changed her will. She was heavily medicated at the time of her last will. I was totally unaware of this until just about a week a ago. I have always suspected but I kept my mouth shut. Can anything be done to reopen this will? This is in Pennsylvania. I also found out that there was a prenuptial agreement, but it was not probated with the will. Can a prenuptial over ride the last will? thanks
