My aunt died in Maine. Court House papers prepared by an attorney in PA indicate she died in Pennsylvania. Estate Administration papers indicate my father (aunt's brother) was entitled to money from aunt's estate. He never received it. How do I collect his share? This goes back to 1962, but I just learned of the discrepancy in researching another matter involving my aunt's estate. Is there a statute of limitations?
