Olderly can not pay cc, Please HELP!

I am writing for a 70 year old lady who recent lost her husband(paralized for 4 years), and is now unable to pay a credit card debt with a Soc Sc ck of $595/m and a rent lease of $440/month. The credit card co.refuses to reduce the min. pymt of $165/m. What can happen if she doesn't pay? She has no properties, monies, car. Her husband's alzemier's and subsequent stroke ended their savings. Please help!

Contact a reputable credit counseling service and have them deal with the credit card company. Do a search on this and other BB's on this website as there have been discussions on this topic in the past.
