My great uncle passed away and he had a will, but it was never probated and now there is no trace of it. His only son was appointed administrator of estate. He does not read or write and his lawyer is handling everything. We were told at one time that there was a trust and his son was to receive the earnings on the trust, but that the original monies were to be distributed among his parents' heirs upon his son's death. Is there any way that we can check on this? We haven't been able to determine, so far, what has happened with his estate. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!
