executor/trustee/guardian

I have a small estate. I was wondering if there is a pitfall with naming one individual(responsible family member) as executor,trustee, and guardian? I would have alternates named, but would there be any legal reason one individual would not be allowed to do all 3?

No problem at all. In fact it is often a good idea.
