What is the name of your state? NJ recently filed returns got over 10k back...raised my exemptions from 3 to 5...didn't change my take home more than $100 a month......have substatial legit, right-offs..don't want to over pay by that much any suggestions

If you got 10k back and nothing is going to change between 2002 & 2003, add 10 exemptions to what you had in 2002. You may still need to tweak the W-4 a little next year.
