What is the name of your state? NJ
IF MY WIFE OF 5 YEARS WANTS OUT OF THE MARRIAGE FOR IRRECONCILIBILE DIFFERENCE CAN SHE FILE ON THESE GROUNDS. I AGREED WITH HER AND WILL NOT CONTEST IT. WE AGREED ON THE PROPERTY AND CHILD SUPPORT. DO I NEED A SEPARATION DOCUMENT PRIOR TO THE DIVORCE? WILL WE GET THE DIVORCE ON THE ABOVE GROUNDS ?

Check the divorcenet website for clarification. I know that NJ has fault and no-fault grounds, but I am not sure if ID is one of them
I would check with an attorney for the most current info, especially on separation agreements

good luck
