I recently bailed my brother out of jail on a DUI charge in Kentucky for being in his own yard on his motorcylce registering .37.
His bail was 529.00 and the officer assured me that I would receive my money back in full as soon as my brother went to court.
I was under the impression that the money went towards the fines.
Could somebody please let me know something soon because I was promised by the law officer that I would get my money back and my brother would be responsible for his own fine at the time of his court date. Thank You Very Much!!!
