What happens if one is collecting unemployment checks and works without paying taxes(and payed by check)?
I know that it is a goverment fraud.What is going to happen if somebody finds out ?

The unemployment office will make you repay some or all of the benefits. The IRS will make you pay income & self-employment taxes. Both agencies have the authority to assess fines & penalties for fraud.
