What is the name of your state? pennsylvania

my boyfriend was just arrested for selling a quarter-pound of cocaine to an informant. his charges are delivery of a conrolled substance, two counts of possession, and criminal use of a communication facility. What are his chances? What does he plead? Can he get probation or a deal to a lesser charge? His bail is 150,000.

Oh man is he in trouble. He needs an attorney ASAP.

He can plead whatever he wants. Not guilty means he goes to trial. Guilty plea means he gets sentenced right away.

he can try and negotiate a lesser charge, but what does he have as ammo to argue with?
