I was charged with posession of 10 blue xnax over the weekend. First the police told me this was a misdemeanor and then told me it was a felony (this is my first offense or arrest ever). Then they told me that the substance that I had was class A, then they changed it to class C and now they are telling me it's class E. can you give me the correct information on what the charge should be and the penalties for this crime?
