Incorrect Dates on police and lab reports

What is the name of your state? North Dakota. I have received reports from various local and state officials. And there have been numerous errors. Especially when it comes to the date that the search actually took place. My court appointed attorney thinks this is no big deal. I on the other hand think that it just might be. A third opinion would be appreciated.
