I live with my wife and two children and her son from a previous marraige. I am 37 he is 15. Several times he has threatened me and raised his fists at me. I am bigger than he is and i am not afraid of him but if he ends up swinging at me and hitting me can i as a adult defend myself against him?? I am afraid that if i hit him even in defence i will go to jail just because i am a adult and bigger then he is.What are my legal options here???
