What is the name of your state? new hampshire. i am the plaintiff in a hearing for a restraining order. what will happen if i don't attend the hearing? should i notify the court that i want the hearing dropped?

You MUST ATTEND HEARING even if you want to drop charges, a bench warrent will be issued for you for non appearance. even though you are the one that filed. You must stand before the judge and tell them in you own words you want to dismiss this, and they will ask if you where threatened to drop the charges or you won free will.
