has anyone here ever been arrested for selling, buying or using 1,4-butanediol? it's alledged to be a ghb (club drug/date rape drug) analogue. at least one federal judge in new york state ruled that it was not an analogue and charges were dismissed in that case. this substance was once legal to be sold as a dietary supplement...
