What is the name of your state? Florida

First off, let me say that I do not need or want any negative responses to this post. Especially from the IAAN guy.

I HAVE an attorney but he is threatening to withdraw from my case (won't go into reasons on here), I obtained my lawyer because I was pulled over for a traffic violation and the officer found marijuana in my truck which I admitted was mine, etc., etc. he gave me a ticket to appear and since then I have completed the Alcohol and Drug Abuse program recommended by him. He has already worked out a "deal" with the states attorney in which I get probabtion until 40 hours of community service is completed. I have had no prior drug charges, first offense.

What I need to know is, if my lawyer withdraws from my case, is the deal he made still valid or null and void?

Please let me remind you, I do not want any negative feedback! I will not feed into your mindless dribble. I am looking for serious legal advice, which I was under the impression, that is what this board is about.

First of all I don't want any negative response to my response.

Now, isn't this getting silly? If you've actually read any of HomeGuru's, IAAL's or JetX, or for that matter, my, as you call them, negative responses, they come 99% of the time when we've attempted to give concise answers to questions and get them slapped back in our faces because the poster is looking for a loophole, arguing their "Rights" instead of the law or just because they don't like what they hear.

Sorry about that, but sometimes life sucks.

I too can give you the answer. But with an attitude like that the only thing you'll get from me is a....ooops. times up.

Do I hear an apology to this board somewhere?

Who is IAAN?

What if I give you the answer but in a mean and nasty way. Would you still want to read the post?

Attny Question

Listen, all I was privy to was the negativity.... sure, I apologize. More than likely I seemed a bit rude, I'll admit when I am wrong.

So if you reply, great, if not... well then I'll find out another way I imagine.

Thanks

My response:

Nope. Our writer didn't PERSONALLY apologize to me. And, if she does, I want the personal apology with whipped cream and a cherry on top.

IAAL,

I personally apologize to you, and throw myself at your feet in awe of your exceptional and highly superior knowledge of the criminal justice system....

Is that what you wanted?

My response:

Okay, that was good - - real good!

But first, before I get into the actual answer to your question, I do have this comment that I absolutely must state to you . . .

You're a whacked-out, drug-infested, idiot! Where the hell did you get your brain - - in a Cracker Jacks box?

Carrying drugs in your car - - what a stupid fool. You should be in prison for 3 to 5 years, you whacked-out, brain-fried, worhless piece of scum idiot. Your parents actually wasted their DNA on you?

Whew! I'm glad I got THAT out of my system.

Okay, your attorney is merely your stand-in mouthpiece, acting as if you were the one actually doing the negotiating, dealing, and coming to a final agreement. The finalization of any terms and conditions of any agreement have nothing whatever to do with the fact that you have, or don't have, an attorney; i.e., the agreement doesn't live or die with whether you're representing yourself, or if you have this, or another, attorney.

So, as long as the deal has been struck, it's good.

Someday, you're going to go away for a very, very long time - - as well you should.

Good luck to you, you piece of crap!

What a great source of entertainment you are! Really, I mean that! Yep, that's me, the stupid druggie who carried them on my person. The greatest part of the message boards is the fact that I don't have to ever come back and read your posts again. I've heard of "jail house lawyers" but a "cyber wannabe lawyer" is a new one to me. You have posted over 21,000 times, twenty-one THOUSAND times, what does that say about your pathetic existence on this earth?

You sit back and judge, make your derrogatory statements and all the while, never have to give your name or show your face. Anonimity is such a wonderful thing, wouldn't you say?

My one night of reckless partying does not define who I am or what type of life I lead, if anything i just proves that even a good person is still human at times and makes mistakes, even stupid ones.

So, take your advice and shove it, I'll talk to a REAL attorney tomorrow morning.

My response:

You're welcome, dirtbag.

IAAL

P.S. How come all the druggies that come to these forums always say things like "this was my first time", "I've never been in trouble", or "this doesn't define my life", or other exculpatory wording?

I've got news for you - - if it didn't "define" who you were before, it will now!

This is the way society will be treating you. Get used to it.

last post - wooohooo!

I notice you didn't try to defend yourself in your reply but then again, maybe there is no excuse for why you are the way you are. Oh well!

I never said I wasn't in trouble before you fool, I said it was my first DRUG offense, read carefully before you spew your dribble all over me.

As much as you can sit back and call me a "dirt bag", I can sit back and call you a whacked out, sexual intellectual (f*ckin' know it all), ugly, pathetic waste who can't get a date so he sits home on his PC reading and replying to people he doesn't even know, meanwhile, has a chat room open in another window jacking off to a porn video........... Talk about a waste of DNA buddy....

Ciao all of you, I never have to read anything from you EVER AGAIN!!! Talk about me all you want..... makes me feel so, so, well, *special*

P.S.
REMEMBER IAAL: over TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TIMES!!!!!!!

My response:

Wow! You actually took all that time to write that - - for me?

Hey, when you look in the mirror, do you see a pock-marked face, real thin and sallow? Got open sores, don't you?

You see, that's what drugs make you look like.

Oh, and this won't be the last time you get popped for drug possession and trafficking.

What a dork, and waste of DNA.

**A: IAAL, I gotta hand it you. In my opinion, this is one of your bestest posts I have read in awhile. Of course, the Top Tens are excluded.
