What would be the most obvious sentence for a Felony Theft charge of $4,000, seeing its the persons first offense, and they are over 18.

Is there a chance of getting off on just probation? What makes probation more likely? Thanks

I would say that to lessen his jail time he should pay it ALL back, like Yesterday!

Then how did he get it out of the cash register while only arranging the pennies?
