What is the name of your state? Indiana......
I am a licensed Recovery Agent in this state.
Can my company be informed by 'the court' via fax, that a Failure to Appear bench warrant has been issued for a defendant that has jumped bail?
Be notified at the same time the original Bail Bonding Agent was notified?

What did the court or your attorney say when asked this question???

Generally, I would say no. Reason is that the bonding company would have the first 'right' to their client. And if you were noticed and recovered their client for them.... and without an agreement for your services, you would have no right to claim payment for the recovery.
