What is the name of your state? ****wisconsin**** i was just wandering if anyone knew if anyone can access any police reports even if it does not deal with you?

Yes, it's called freedom of information. You can also have a look at the blotter (or scheduled calls made for a particular time).

Although you may need a FOI request in writting if your police department is particuarly anal.
