What is the name of your state? Texas
Scenario-I am 19 yrs old, I received an Open Container citation on Feb. 18, 2003. I had no money to pay for it at the time so i decided to wait until summer when i had a job. I left it alone all semester and a few months later got a Minor In Posession violation. I went to court and got deferred adjudication and my probationary period is from May 25, 2003 to November 8, 2003. I was not on probation at the time of my MIP but i am worried that it still may violate my probation for the Open Container. How do i take care of this situation with minimal damage to my record? Thank You!
Scotty
