My wife never told me she had a drug problem until after we were married. 3 1/2 years later I give up trying to get her off drugs. Is an annulment possible in Colorado even though it's been so long?

I looked up annulment law for Colorado and I don't think you can go that route.

Maybe you can look at it this way...The "drug problem" was the "FOR WORSE and IN SICKNESS" part of the wedding vows you promised to your partner.
