My husband filed for divorce (California) 2 weeks ago. I am covered under his health plan He is trying to cancel it .Can he legally do this while the divorve is pending. Also I do not want a divorce. My husband is mentally ill and needs help. Can I fight this divorce? We have only been married a year and a half and I love him very much. I just want him to get help/ Thank You Barbara
