I am a divorced father in New York. i have a five year old daughter and I pay child support for my daughter. My question is that she goes to a private school for kindergarten, do I have to pay half her tuition and child support? The divorce decree states that we will share 50% of school and doctor expenses, but is kindergarten considered school?

Are you unhappy that she's in expensive private school? If so, you'll have to get the support decree modified to say that you only pay 1/2 of public school expenses, and if wife wants her in private school, wife pays for the extra expenses.
