I am 21 yr old single mom. My 2 yr olds biological father has not been in the picture in over six months. His idea of child-spport hasnt been able to cover diapers, much less anything else. My fiance and I are due to be married in a couple of months. The fiance hasbeen doing the supporting. What are the fathers rights considering preventing adoption? Any insight would help. The father is also not on the birth certificate.
