I live in IL, is there anyway for me to find out if my EX is making more money. I know he has changed jobs for the better. And do I need to do it through a lawyer. I think I should be getting more in child support. He pays me $95 a week now but I pay for his medical insurance, daycare, clothing & everything else.

Your CS order states that each party must inform the court of any changes in income or expenses. Get a lawyer and petition the court for an order requiring both parties to submit to a financial review. Ex will have to produce paystubs and disclose whether he gets commissions/bonuses.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.

My 16 yr. old daughter has a baby & living with me, my 19 yr. old daughter has been on her own since she was 16. Do I still have to pay child support? Also my 16 yr. old has not lived with her mother for 2 yrs. I live in Missouri.

To Blake: I am not sure what you are asking. I assume you are asking if you have to pay child support for the 16 years old daughter that lives with you. If this is the question, the answer is "Yes" until you go back to court and have the child support order changed by the judge. I would do that as soon as possible since every month you are losing money. You can find a family law attorney near you that can help you with this by going to attorneypages.com.
