I'm sick of his crap!!!!

No were in my divorce papers does it say I have spasific weekends to visit my child. All it said is that I'm intiteled to reasonable visitation. No sertain times but I never get to see her. can I call the police and just go pick her up? Help

You would need to obtain an attorney to go back to court and have an order drawn up to establish set visitation. This means that the court would set up certain weekends and holidays that you would be able to have your child. You might also be able to file contempt charges against the ex-spouse if the visitions are willfully interfered with. Goodluck!!!!!
