Mom has full joint custody in CA., question is....child has been with dad for the last 3yrs and 4 months,while childs in school and with mom during summers and some hollidays. Mom wants child during school now and let father have the summers and some hollidays, would the fact that the father put are child on ritilin drug before any testing or evaluations were done be considered a CHANGE IN SUBSTANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCE ?
