I am looking for information on how to file a certain motion. I live currently in ILLINOIS and have filed a motion for sole custody of my children, However I am moving to a Arizona when this is settled. The Judge told me to file a motion to leave the state of Illinois. I don't know what that is or what it means. I have to file it before my hearing in May, otherwise my motion for sole custody is not valid. My ex husband also filed a motion for sole custody. CAn someone direct on what this motion is to file??
