my question is: i left my residence to move in with my parents with the understanding from my wife that this was a trial seperation. At this time it apprears that the marriage is over. My wife lives in the house. As far as property distribution, have i lost anything by moving out of my residence?

possibly not, since it was a trial speration. have you contacted a divorce attorney? If proceedings start, you want to preserve your rights
