My cousin. Lives in Florida. She is originally from Panama. She is married to an american with a previous child before the marriage.
She has had a visa in the states for the past 9 to 10 months. According to Immigration rules she cannot be considered a legal immigrant until she has been married for two years...(not too sure about this one)
Ok here is the problem. She is having problems with the husband. Husband want s her to leave the home. But if she does it might be considered a violation of the immigration law mentioned above and visa might be revoked.
Is there any way that she can leave the home and still keep her visa status.
Or can she just get a separation and kick hubby out! (this is just my idea)
Please someone help. Thanks.
