My husband and his ex-wife have joint custody of his seven year old daughter. He agreed in his divorce to let his daughter to be raised by his ex-wifes religon. On the Sundays that she is with us, the ex is suppose to pick her up and take her to church. We have found out that some times she doesnt even go to church. My husband refused to let her take her one Sunday and the police were called and my husband got a 75 dollar ticket. Now we are wanting to go away for the weekend with his daughter,so his ex said she will call the police again and that means yet another ticket.Does this mean that the ex-wife can do what she wants when she wants even on Sundays? Can we do any thing about her not taking her daughter to church? from Illinois
