I need some advice my sister is being
charged child support on a child that
all of her parental rights were terminated!!!! the father has full
rights her rights were taken away
more than a year ago but thay still say
she owes for this!! How can she be foced to pay when she is no longer consider to
be a parent by law!!!!PLEASE HELP

She needs to file a petition to modify CS. However, "termination of parental rights" doesn't necessarily include termination of parental responsibilities.
