What is the name of your state? North Carolina

Does anyone know what the laws are regarding using uncorroborated testimony during a criminal trial? I was under the impression that in many states a co-conspirator can not testify unless there is independent corroboration. What consititues independence? What if there are two conspiritors that give testimony against a third but there is nothing but their testimony to link the third to the crime?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
