We have been separated since March of 1999. My "husband" has given me a total of 550.00, that was in the first 2 months. We had an agreement for him to pay me $400.00 a month (that was for daycare and support) until we got a divorce. He never gave me any money. He did pay for daycare for 6 months. His girlfriend calls me at work one day and tells me that he can not pay daycare anymore because he wasn't working anymore. I have been paying insurance (always-he's never paid for insurance) and now i am paying daycare. Is there any way that when our divorce goes through, I can sue for these months that he has not paid, to get some kind of relief and help?
