Is there any justice?

Guest
My husband has 2 children by his
ex-wife, or so he thinks but isn't sure
if one of them is his. The ex wife
won't let him see his youngest child,
that child calls her stepfather 'daddy',
and his ex wife had an affair with the
man she is now married to when she was
married to my husband around the time
this child was conceived. His ex wife
lets' him see his oldest child, but not
the youngest.

How can he go about getting a paternity
test?

Even if the child isn't my husband's but
his name is on her birth certificate, is
he still responsible for child support
since the child was born and concieved
during their marriage?

Also, if he isn't the father is there
anyway for him to go back and sue for
back child support he's already paid
her?

Depending on your state laws, it may be too late for him to challenge paternity. He more or less acknowledged it when he didn't raise the issue during the CS hearings. Call a family law attorney for a consult.
