According to www.divorcenet.com and my understanding of what the law office of Sharyn T Sooho explained about c/s calculation in Mass. I don't think it would be use to consider a c/s amount.
C/s is based on the non-custodial parents income and % of time with children. The income of the custodial parent is only considered when the gross earnings exceed $15,000. No mention was given to spouse or co-habitant income.
