If you are 100% disabled in the state of Florida can you be exempted from paying child support? I am not the father anyway but just can't prove it. I need some good advice, ANYBODY, I need help, I am a very sick man and I have a real family that needs me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, Disability is income considered in determining child support.

Did you post an earlier question about having to pay support for a child you say isn't yours? If so, explain was court papers you have receive in this matter from the mother, CA family support or California courts.
