What will a CA. court consider as substancial change in circumstance- to modify child custody/visitation...when there is no signs of "abuse" "neglect" "drugs" or other really terrible stuff like that happening to my child ?????? Thank You for your time -B-

I am a law school graduate currently awaiting Bar results. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney-client relationship.

You need to read the child support child custody sections under family law at freeadvice.com..

Then you need to contact an attorney at attorneypages.com to take care of setting up a court hearing and details, etc.

hope this helps.
