I have filed for divorce over 1 year ago. soon to be ex has two warrents for his arrest. One for domestic violence defered sentence revoked. The other for not going to court for a traffic offense. The problem I have is that he has told my son that if the kids go to the other state for visitation that they would not come back home. I have temp. orders for no out of state visits. What are the chances that a judge will try to force the children to visit? Im scared to lose my children.
