I live in the state of Michigan and am the parent of two. My ex and I have a court agreement for the kids to spend 4 weeks in the summer with him. Do I have the right to deny him the days that he would like them if they are in conflict with the days I would like?

My response:

Not if your days clash with the court ordered days. Ooooh, you never want to get a judge upset. Real bad karma. Follow the court's orders to the letter.
